To enter, submit a video of no more than two (2) minutes in length featuring footage showcasing the question, “Why Do I Love Everyday Food Magazine and how do I use it, everyday?” on either a ½ inch VHS-formatted video tape, DVD or mini-DVD. On a 3” x 5” piece of paper, hand print your complete name, address including zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers including area code and birth date and attach the piece of paper to the video tape, DVD or mini-DVD and mail in a padded envelope with sufficient postage to: I Love Everyday Food Video Contest, 11 West 42nd Street, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10036.
